Havana Syndrome is no Mystery, TI’s (Targeted Individuals) have been complaining of such incidences for Decades now.
TI’s have traveled to President Obama’s Bioethics Committee meeting and provided presentations of such torture, over a decade ago now. We have written and contacted numerous Senators and House of Representatives over the years.
This OBEoneC site will continue on, documenting and expanding beyond the GovHarass website, and work in concert with SoWhatCouldItBe, to try and determine and describe how and what these Torture Attacks are, that thousands of TI's have been experiencing now for decades.
The Government Harassment website has been around for a while. It covers the issues associated with Electronic Harassment.
