Havana Syndrome is no Mystery, TI’s (Targeted Individuals) have been complaining of such incidences for Decades now.

TI’s have traveled to President Obama’s Bioethics Committee meeting and provided presentations of such torture, over a decade ago now. We have written and contacted numerous Senators and House of Representatives over the years.

When did this torture start for us?

• For myself, I first started receiving these attacks, or recognized these attacks were happening, back in 2006. I will soon show pictures of the effect these attacks had on my head, and my hair. Although I reported these attacks were happening in 2006, I now believe these type of torture attacks were happening much sooner.
• Many TI’s in the community have been reporting of such attacks much earlier than 2006, even. There are members of the community which report of Electronic Harassment for decades.

These Havana Syndrome type of attacks are no Mystery. These type of torture have been around for a while. In my opinion, although the Embassy workers, and State Department Workers, are reporting and the conclusion is that these attacks upon them are coming from our Adversaries, the attacks on Thousands of TI’s across the USA are, in our opinion, coming from our Government. These reports of a ‘Mysterious’ Havana Syndrome are just a means of covering our people’s Butts, and sluffing the responsibility to others. Our ‘Intelligence’ agencies should come clean and admit what has been happening.

It is unfortunate that our Embassy workers and State Department Workers are now receiving these types of attacks. It appears our adversaries have learned well. There are reports that Russia was investigating this technology back in 1953. So, who stole or copied this technology from whom.

It appears to the TI community that those who are targeting us are from the Military and/or Intelligence community. In my beliefs, they are stealing our every Thought, Dream, and Vision. They are seeing what we see, and recording it. We call it ‘Remote Neuro Monitoring’ and it sucks.

I don’t want others, or any others, to live the hell many TI’s have reported of, but it does provide some degree of Vindication and Solace, to have thETruth now start trickling out there, since we have been called Delusional for so long, and Paranoid Schizophrenic.
